33rd (Firdus) District, Yerevan Within the framework of the construction
program of the 33rd (Firdus) district of Yerevan, the construction of 4 residential lots is envisaged, the first and second floors of which will be of commercial and public significance, at the same time the project includes the construction of two two-story monument-buildings.
The goal of the company is to create and develop a modern, comfortable residential complex, turning it into a powerful center of public entertainment. Our designers use the latest technological capabilities, including 3D modeling, drone shooting, video recording, virtual walks in designed apartments. All residential buildings are equipped with a multi-level security system, including a general-purpose video surveillance system in residential and public areas. The construction works of building A have started, and the architectural works of the B and C buildings are in the examination stage․ The buildings are planned to be built in A+ class of energy saving.
The construction works are carried out by “ML MINING” company․ Architectural plan by Narek Sargsyan Architectural Studio. The completion of construction is planned for 2025.
